Each one of our bags is made with care and we stand behind our quality, construction, and materials 100%. However, we understand the need for a return or exchange from time to time, therefore we have a very flexible policy.
Let us know of your wish to return/exchange your bag within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with our return address at that time. We will process your refund, less shipping charges, within seven days of receiving your return provided it returns in the same condition as when it was shipped out to you. Upon the return, we highly recommend you purchase insurance to protect yourself against loss or damage during transit. We will not be able to refund damaged or missing items.
All items sold as slightly irregular or sample condition are not eligible for returns.
Item must not be used or soiled and cannot have been machine or hand washed.

Exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns. Customer is responsible for any difference in price and actual cost of reshipping the new item. Exchanges will take approximately 5 days to process.
If for any reason you experience a problem with your Calico Dragon bag, we will repair or replace it free of charge, provided it has only been used as intended. We do not guarantee bags that have been ran through a washer/dryer. We highly recommend cleaning your Calico Dragon bag with a warm damp cloth. Chain handles, fabric and print design are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. We have found that if your bag is prone to problems, it will happen within the first 30 days of use, which is why we have limited the repair/replace time to one year. We have several people that still carry some of the first bags we made as samples, and they still look great! Bottom line, these bags are sturdy and well made. With proper care they should provide you with many, many years of use.
